What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director, Administration position at Criminal Justice and Mercy Ministries?
The Assistant Director, Administration position is the anchor position for the small team. Responsible for accounts payable/receivables, gift and donor acknowledgments, accounting, employee time management/payroll, vendor relations, database management, manages background checks and insurance verification, budgeting, and bank reconciliation. The person will manage the office including telephone support and “command central” for events and functions.
Assistant Director, Administration serves as the recording secretary for board meetings.
