Weekend CNA / Companion (Weekend (2) 24-hour shifts) Greenwich, CT
Schedule : Saturday 7 AM and Monday 7 AM (2) 24-hour shifts (7 AM to 7 PM)
Salary : $40 / hr with OT.
Staff : Housekeeper, Cook, and Driver
Overview :
Seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized care to a client with physical limitations that lead to anxiety-related challenges.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and composed in all situations, ensuring a supportive environment even during moments of frustration or anger.
Duties :
- Provide assistance and companionship as requested
- Keep a watchful eye on the client while preserving their feeling of independence
- Assist with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, eating and medications
- Assist with nighttime routine including medications and preparations for bed(night shifts)
- Provide mobility support for any nighttime wakings(night shifts)
- Help with a cane, walker, and wheelchair
