Position: Full-time, Live-Out Housekeeper in Bryn Mawr, PA
Salary: $85,000 (commensurate with experience).
Benefits: Health Insurance plus two weeks of paid vacation.
Schedule: Full-time, live-out position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with one weekend per month.

Position Overview: An Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) family in Bryn Mawr, PA, seeks an experienced and dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the immaculate condition of their 25,000 sq. ft. residence. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled in high-end housekeeping, with an eye for detail and a service-minded approach. The household is focused and professional, with minimal social interaction expected among staff during work hours.
Key Responsibilities:
General Housekeeping:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the residence to the highest standards.
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Care for high-end furnishings, fixtures, and finishes with attention to detail and proper techniques.
- Change bed linens and towels as needed.
- Restock household supplies (bottled water, paper products, etc.).
- Report maintenance needs and necessary repairs to the Property Manager.
- No unnecessary conversation with principals; staff should arrive after 9 am and remain in "work mode" throughout the day.
Laundry & Wardrobe Management:
- Handle all aspects of laundry with precision, including washing, ironing, pressing, steaming, and stain removal.
- Manage dry-cleaning services and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure closets are highly organized, clean, and tidy.
- Assist with packing and unpacking for the principals and guests.
- Maintain and polish shoes as needed.
Food Service & Entertaining Support:
- Prepare the home for guests, ensuring spaces are clean, inviting, and organized.
- Greet and welcome guests as required.
- Set dining tables and assist with serving meals as needed.
- Oversee caterers and assist the Chef with food preparation or service.
- Maintain floral arrangements and household decorations.
- No formal entertaining; this is a family home.
Pet Care:
- Provide care for household pets as needed, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Team Collaboration:
- Follow schedules and directions from the Property Manager.
- Work in tandem with other staff members, promoting a professional and respectful atmosphere.
- Oversee and liaise with contractors, service providers, and vendors.
Key Requirements:
- 5 years of related experience working in private homes.
- Expertise in housekeeping, wardrobe care, and high-end furnishings.
- Strong organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Flexible and proactive with the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
- Must be pet-friendly.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Willing to undergo an extensive background check and sign a confidentiality agreement.
- Excellent references required.
