We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and sales support. Your primary focus will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, sales follow up, and new customer development with sales team to enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identifying potential customers and determining their suitability for the company's products or services.
o Customer Communication and support:
Engaging with customers via phone, email, or other virtual channels to understand their needs and address their inquiries.
o Sales support:
Supporting sales team and customers through products and services, addressing customer questions and objections to achieve sales goals. Support sales team with sales events, trade shows, customer events and customer visits when needed,
o Relationship Building:
Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and drive repeat business. Working with new customers leads to developing new business relationships.
o Database Management:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in a CRM system.
o Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Support tracking sales, identifying trends, and forecasting future sales.
o Marketing: Support office team with social media marketing efforts (Google, Facebook, direct email).
o Product Knowledge:
Staying informed about the company's products or services, their features, and benefits.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
