Whatthis role is responsiblefor :
As a People Leader(Regional Team Leader or Team Leader) for the Strategy Team youwill be directly managing Strategists as well as student outcomesin Indonesia Thailand and Vietnam.
You will support your team toensure outstanding client experience successful delivery of Crimsonservices and achievement of student goals.
You will work closelywith local sales marketing and student success teams to ensure asmooth transition from Sales to Service and cater to local needs.
What your work entails :
Monitor team performance toensure excellent service quality andresults
Make surethat your team is on track to hit all of theirKPIs
Providing ongoingcoaching through 1 : 1s and podmeetings
Maintain and shareexpert applicationspecific knowledge and cultural understanding foryour designatedregion / country
Consistentlyshare feedback and lead performancereviews
Recruit and grow ateam of talentedStrategists
Keep aneye on team capacity and communicate hiring needs
Conduct technicalinterviews as part of the hiringprocess
Be active in theonboarding process so that any new team member is set up forsuccess
Discuss and helpexecute career growth plans essentially be a Strategist for yourStrategist!
Work with yourteam and stakeholders to maximize the studentexperience.
Have a vision ofthe student journey for students in your region / country balancingour global model with localneeds.
Collaborate withlocal sales & service team members to assess and executeunique needs.
Know the insand outs of your team and region / country to provide accuratefeedback as well as roll out initiatives with the right changemanagement approach.
Workclosely with your team and local stakeholders to hit service andrevenuebasedgoals.
Operationsmanagement
Be theface and first pointofcontact of Strategy in yourregion / country
Preallocateallocate and reallocate students to members of yourteam
Proactively collaboratewith other service teams and the sales team to resolve anycomplaints or roadblocks to successfuldelivery
Whatsuccess lookslike :
Yourteam hits all of their KPIs and you hit region / country goals forNPS referral revenue and refundrate
You are a spokespersonfor your team you know your team and provide feedback on newprograms and policies so that concerns are dealt with prior to theofficialrollout.
Strategists in yourteam are engaged theres little turnover and we see active careergrowth.
Performance feedbackis consistently shared and discussed regularly with yourteam.
You are an excellentcommunicator and collaborator with your localstakeholders.
