Handyman

Job Summary:

Crimson Heights is seeking a highly skilled and licensed Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring the functionality, safety, and aesthetic quality of our facilities. This role requires proficiency in multiple trades, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on drywall, framing, doors, and windows.
• Conduct low-voltage electrical work, including lighting installations and troubleshooting.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces to maintain a professional appearance.
• Handle flooring repairs, including LVP and tile installation and maintenance.
• Assemble furniture and install fixtures as needed.
• Conduct general plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and installing fixtures.
• Perform HVAC system maintenance and minor repairs.
• Conduct roofing inspections and minor repairs.
• Ensure routine facility maintenance and promptly address repair needs.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed and certified as required by state regulations.
• Extensive experience in drywall, framing, low-voltage electrical, paint, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, and roofing.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.

• Full-time position with a competitive salary based on experience.
