SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to provide administrative support to our HR department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. The HR Assistant will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR-related tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may
be assigned.
- Conducting background checks and reference checks for potential candidates
- Assisting with onboarding new employees, including completing new hire paperwork and
coordinating training
- Maintaining employee files and ensuring all necessary paperwork is up-to-date
- Assisting with employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and addressing
employee concerns
- Coordinating employee events and initiatives to promote employee engagement
- Assisting with recruiting efforts including, conducting interviews, onboarding, and
assisting with trainings.
- Assisting with credentialing including enrolling new employees.
- Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including answering
phones, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Google workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
