Job Summary
The Program Lead plays a pivotal role in our ASP program, supporting adults with Autism. This role involves overseeing daily activities, implementing individualized support plans, promoting independence, and fostering social, vocational, and life skills. The Program Lead also provides guidance and supervision to support staff, ensures compliance with program standards, and collaborates with families, clinicians, and other team members to ensure high-quality care and meaningful outcomes for participants.

Duties

  • Program Leads are responsible for checking documentation integrity (goals, objectives, length) and continually training their team members.
  • Program Leads are responsible for all cross checks and checking content of notes to ensure it meets auditing standards.
  • Program Leads are responsible for fixing documentation errors by company deadlines.
  • Documentation in Axiom and Simple Practice needs to be approved by midnight each Monday and each month-end to ensure their team’s documentation matches up with their Paycom time card.
  • Program Leads will ensure that their teams are documenting their time in the notes section in Paycom to describe admin time. All admin time must be approved by Team Lead/Directors.
  • Program Leads are to ensure that their team members are getting the service hours they need and that hours assigned to team members are being met.
  • Program Leads are responsible for communicating with the Associate Director when hours are not able to be met on a weekly basis.
  • Program Leads are responsible for training their team on company mission and values and company policies and procedures.
  • Program Leads are responsible for monthly team meetings, and inviting a Director. Meetings are to address the topics discussed in monthly team lead meetings, policies and procedures, and specific treatment for clients.
  • Program Leads are responsible for making sure monthly quiz forms are completed by every person on their team by the 1st of each month for the previous month.
  • Program Leads are responsible for administering quarterly reviews to assess work of their team and their alignment with mission, values and best practices.
  • Program Leads will be responsible to ensure initial training on behavior intervention plans for clients is received from clinicians and then provide support to their team. Program Leads are responsible for training their teams on the behavior intervention plan for the clients.
  • Program Leads will work with Directors to ensure the weekly curriculum is complete and linked and ensure adherence to them.
  • Program Leads will meet with the Director monthly to ensure 85% accuracy on the accountability checklist
  • Program Leads are responsible for working with the systems manager in ensuring all notes are converted accurately from simple practice to credible once their team member gets access to credible.
  • Program Lead will complete the schedule for their team to maximize the hours for them and have this completed in Sling by Wednesday for the following two weeks.
  • Program Leads are responsible for keeping track of meds and making sure they are administered appropriately. They need to communicate and make sure refills are taken care of in appropriate time to ensure no disruption in medication treatment.
  • Program Leads are in charge of making sure there is a meal planning session to talk about nutrition, budget and time to make meals. They will help account for the funds needed to buy food for the house and teach cooking and meal preparation skills as needed.
  • Respond and coach during crisis situations
  • IPOP of each house to ensure compliance with state standards of cleanliness and accountability.
  • Report on house needs such as maintenance, supplies, etc.
  • Rate maintenance needs from least to most needed (red: most, yellow: moderate, green: can wait) reporting any maintenance that needs to meet state requirements and coordinating the repairs.
  • Perform “Amber alerts” or IPOPs and report needed deficits in the home to be in line with audit expectations. Collab with ADs, Area Director and Compliance Manager on this.
  • Oversee scheduling needs and Reporting on scheduling needs.
  • Train and hold TL accountable on house allocated hours, notes and OT. Approve schedules submitted no weekly to the Senior HL before publishing them.
  • Training new hires; assigning new team members where to shadow for module training
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a high school diploma or college degree in a related field. Completed RBT or SSW is a plus. Knowledge of proper methods to train developmentally disabled individuals; Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques; Knowledge of laws and regulations governing the operations of group homes for developmentally disabled individuals; Knowledge of individual Behavior Support Plans; Ability to review all client accounts and financial records; Ability to maintain and review records of client activities; Ability to review and monitor program data collection, enter new programs into data books, and reconcile data; Ability to oversee the operations of assigned personnel; Ability to follow all personnel policies and rules of the organization; Ability to maintain confidentiality; Ability to respond to emergency situations 24 hours a day.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION NEEDED: Ability to satisfactorily complete all necessary in-service training, and ability to obtain CPR and basic first aid and medication administration certification; Possession of a valid driver's license and a demonstrated safe driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
