Position Summary
As Senior Director, KOL Engagement, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will be responsible for leading marketing efforts to support the launch of paltusotine. Your role will be to partner with other members of the sales, operations and marketing teams and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influential healthcare professionals and stakeholders in the endocrine medical community. This role focuses on fostering engagement and collaboration with KOLs to support Paltusotine's launch, including education, insight gathering via ad boards, and participation in key congresses and regional events. Regional Marketers report to the role.

Physical Activities: On a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Some walking and lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required. The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate. The Anticipated Base Salary Range: $266,000 - $283,000
In addition to your base pay, our total rewards program consists of a discretionary annual target bonus, stock options, ESPP, and 401k match. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience and education. Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities

- Identify key opinion leaders in acromegaly and carcinoid syndrome.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to drive education and gather critical insights.
- Facilitate educational opportunities, including speaker programs, roundtable discussions, and advisory boards, to promote awareness and understanding of Paltusotine.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and clinical development, to ensure KOL insights are integrated into strategic planning.
- Gather and analyze feedback from KOL interactions to inform product development, marketing strategies, and clinical initiatives.
- Manage the unbranded and branded speaker bureau, working with sales operations to organize the events.
- Manage the logistics of KOL meetings, ad boards, and conferences, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with the international team on key KOL-related initiatives.
- Lead regional marketers in the East and the West to ensure participation in key regional events, congresses, and engagement with the field.
- Participate in regional business reviews.
- Facilitate introductions and support a strong ongoing relationship with the community.
- Work collaboratively with commercial operations team to gather key market insights from HCPs and patients.
- Work collaboratively with sales operations to manage logistics of speaker bureau.
- Oversee training of speakers.
- Manage reporting in a compliant way.
- Manage and coach direct reports and provide career development opportunities in support of their individual development plans.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-rated, marketing and/or life sciences field required.
- A minimum of 15 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience across multiple disease areas, and a minimum of 5 10 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong track record with product launch planning, as well as creating KOL engagement plans.
- Experience managing speaker programs.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage innovation and creative thinking to drive results.
- Experience in launching products in rare diseases or oncology is preferrable.
- Strong collaboration skills, both within commercial teams and cross functional teams including Medical, Sales Finance, Legal, and Regulatory.
- Proven communication and presentation skills evidenced by successful executive-level presentations.
