Job Summary We’re seeking an experienced and customer-focused Phone Representative to join our team! This position will support our remote clinic in Roseburg, Oregon, requiring a self-starter with a minimum of 2 years of dental experience. In this role, you will manage inbound patient calls, provide accurate information, and ensure seamless communication with the correct office. Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming patient calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Take detailed messages and accurately direct calls to the appropriate office.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with confidence and compassion.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in our database.
- Assist with updating and managing patient data to ensure accuracy.
- Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism in every interaction.
- Support various administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking clients (Spanish fluency required).
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of dental office experience is required.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
