Maintenance Associate - Part Time
CCCC is seeking to hire a Maintenance/Custodian/Groundskeeper. This position
will be responsible for repairs, maintenance and groundskeeper for multiple
agency locations.
JOB DETAILS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Requires flexibility in schedule to include Saturdays, possible evenings and weekends if required.
Must have a clear background check, driving record, and drug screen.
Efficiently maintain facilities to include repairs, maintenance (interior and exterior), restrooms, laundry rooms, admin offices, thrift store and storage facilities.
Groundskeeping of the facilities to include mowing, weed eating, and
keeping grounds free of litter and debris.
Provide minor repairs at facilities and coordinate with outside contractors for other repairs as required.
Move items to and from storage facilities as required.
Pick up donations for the agency and thrift store.
Maintain offices in a high level of cleanliness, waiting areas, restrooms and kitchen areas.
Provide excellent customer service with every interaction.
Physically able to lift up to 100 pounds, bend, squat, and reach.
Experience in and knowledge of minor repairs to include plumbing,
electrical, landscaping, painting, moving of furniture and donations.
Comfort working with small tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently and complete tasks.

Job Type: Part-time 10am - 4pm
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule:
