Reporting to the Manager, Growth and Special Projects, this role will leverage analytical skills to conduct market research, analyze data, and generate valuable insights. Strategic Initiative Support

- Assist in implementing strategic growth initiatives aligned with CPI’s vision and goals.
- Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Help create project plans, timelines, and budgets for growth initiatives and special projects.
- Condense interviews and survey feedback into concise, actionable summaries, highlighting key themes and pain points.
- Support merger and acquisition (M&A) initiatives through activities such as creating company profiles for potential targets and other supportive research assignments
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for strategic growth and project optimization.
- Transform raw or complex data into clear, actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making and drive successful project outcomes.
- Assist in coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives and special projects.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, highlighting progress and challenges.
- Participate in post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Contribute ideas and approaches to support growth initiatives.
- Assist in implementing best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance project management processes and outcomes.
- Support cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance, to ensure alignment with growth initiatives.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Perform other position-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Two years or more of work experience as an analyst
- Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to understand and synthesize complex requirements of the professional services environment
- Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in Excel, with the ability to define and understand critical issues
- Utilize critical thinking to evaluate data sources, question assumptions, and avoid biases to recommend sound analytical decisions
- Ability to develop actionable recommendations and implementation plans
- Ability to independently produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline-driven environment
- Possess a growth mindset, demonstrating a willingness to learn from others and acknowledge that being 'right' isn't as important as finding the best solution
