The Role:
The Implementation Specialist will play a pivotal role in the set-up of CPI’s core training projects. This position will focus on project management and customer support, with the purpose of this role setting up and beginning the operationalization of training with customers ranging from individual buildings or departments to large school districts and nationwide organizations.
What You Get To Do Everyday:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation of CPI training programs.
- Assist with implementation activities from identifying goals, building communication plans, creating training calendars, supporting Certified Instructors, and more
- Manage project plans and provide regular implementation updates to customer and internal stakeholders
- Assist with the creation and updating of implementation tools and resources
- Serve as the liaison between the Sales, Training, and Customer Support teams.
- Assist with data collection and analytics.
- Perform other position-related duties as assigned.
You Need to Have:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Two years or more of work experience in implementation, project management, or a similar role
- Experience working with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong professional communication and presentation skills
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement efficient solutions
We'd Love to See:
- Two years or more of work experience implementing training solutions in education organizations
- Experience working with Excel and other reporting platforms
- Experience creating and updating project plans
