Crisis Services is actively seeking to fill a critical position on our Senior Leadership Team. We are hiring an Executive Assistant to the President/Chief Executive Officer who will provide high level confidential support to our President/CEO and will serve as a liaison to our Board of Directors. We are seeking experienced professionals with business, communications, social work, or public health backgrounds who are interested in championing our mission to provide support to anyone in need.

About this opportunity:
The Executive Assistant works on behalf of the President/CEO of Crisis Services by providing high level confidential professional support including but not limited to managing President/CEO work calendar and activities, coordinating tasks and serving as the Board liaison for Agency and Foundation Board of Directors; assisting with day-to-day workflow; attending internal and external meetings and events with and/or on behalf of President/CEO; assisting in effective and efficient operations supporting the President/CEOs work to execute organization goals, mission and vision. In partnership with the President/CEO, the Executive Assistant will build and maintain relationships with members of the community, key individuals, donors and other organizations. They will serve as the organizations media point of contact on behalf of the President/CEO and will also participate on the organization's Senior Leadership Team.
Job Type:
- Full Time, 40 hours/week
Pay:
- $62,500/annually
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Some evening and/or weekend hours, as needed
Work Setting:
- Office-based with remote capabilities
What you will bring:
- Bachelors degree in business, communications, social work, public health or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience in business administration, managing office procedures, complex executive correspondence, and meeting coordination in support of Executive Administrative or C-Level roles. Previous not-for-profit experience is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organization and communication skills, including public speaking.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
