Who We Are Looking For
As a Product Manager, you will drive business value while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will own a portfolio of product features, managing them from concept to end-of-life—developing the vision, maintaining the roadmap, and ensuring alignment with customer needs. Acting as a bridge between business and technology, you will collaborate across teams to optimize product success.
What You Will Work On
Market-Facing
Identify and prioritize customer needs and market opportunities.
Develop product and feature requirements, collaborating with clients, Sales, and stakeholders.
Support go-to-market activities, including internal alignment, Beta programs, and Sales enablement.
Demonstrate product capabilities to customers and gather feedback.
Product Development
Define and prioritize high-impact product initiatives.
Create user stories, collaborate with UX, and drive feature development.
Manage pricing, packaging, and subscription models.
Monitor product performance, user adoption, and profitability, using data-driven insights.
Collaboration with Engineering & Delivery Teams
Present detailed requirements to Engineering and refining stories in Agile ceremonies.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure iterative improvements.
Support Buy/Build/Partner decisions for product development.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Software, or a related field.
3 years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis for software development.
Experience engaging with customers to identify needs and solve problems.
Strong collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, own decisions, and drive execution.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
