Who Are We Looking For
An experienced Demand Generation Manager – Events who will drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and bookings. You'll own inbound/outbound marketing tactics like trade shows, webinars, events, and partner support to expand our reach. Focused on measurable results, you'll build a scalable demand engine with forecasting capabilities.
A tech-savvy, self-motivated marketer, you’ll optimize processes, explore new technologies, and stay ahead of industry trends. Your impact will be essential to the marketing team’s success, reporting to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation.
What You Will Do
Drive key business outcomes (MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities, Closed Won) through events, webinars, and partner programs.
Plan and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring all timelines are met.
Optimize and manage demand generation tools (On24, Hopin, iCapture, Survey Monkey) for maximum ROI.
Oversee major events, including annual sales kickoffs (AKO/SKO) and customer conferences.
Develop scalable event processes, templates, and best practices.
Support partnership marketing strategies and collaborate with the Alliances & Channels team.
Handle event logistics, including inventory, equipment, and supplies for local, regional, and national events.
Manage company membership directories and portals.
Plan and optimize demand generation investments with a focus on ROI.
Utilize audience segmentation and target effective campaign strategies.
Analyze data and test results to drive performance improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align and execute key initiatives.
Stay updated on best practices, new technologies, and industry trends to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What You Will Bring
BA/BS or equivalent with 5 years in demand generation, marketing operations, or related fields.
Strong grasp of digital, virtual, and in-person marketing strategies, plus the latest marketing technologies.
Data-driven mindset to optimize campaigns and improve forecasting.
Skilled in marketing automation, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written/verbal skills with a keen eye for detail.
Team player with a results-driven approach and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in Marketo & Salesforce.
Event & project management skills with related technologies.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
