Responsibilities & Expectations: The Executive Protection Manager will be based in Denver, CO but can require travel. The EP Manager will be responsible for managing a comprehensive security program for a private family office, including but not limited to, residential security, executive protection while at home and abroad, and greater community security initiatives.  Duties: Manage residential/field security programs, including global safety principles, policies, procedures, and training. Collaborate with local governments, community leaders, and law enforcement to establish and maintain an effective community safety program. Execute and manage visionary plans that leverage technology and modern hardware to augment security teams and local law enforcement. Employ strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and self awareness in all environments, including proactive and efficient communication with employees, executives, and key stakeholders. Oversee and manage security protocols for field and travel teams, including location assessments, traveler briefings, and en-route monitoring. Provide strategic goals, vision, and leadership for the internal security team, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery. Manage and supervise all personnel engaged in security services for residential and travel programs, as well as community outreach. Develop and update policies and procedures for all security operations. Undertake contingency planning and develop appropriate responses to various security situations. Ensure all team members meet their training requirements, identifying new training opportunities as needed. Comply with all local licensing, certification, and credentialing requirements. Maintain accurate record-keeping, data management, and reporting. Conduct performance evaluations for security staff, implement corrective action plans, and manage terminations when necessary. Provide protection in a covert, low-profile manner, ensuring discretion and confidentiality at all times. Maintain confidentiality concerning sensitive information related to clients, security operations, or company data. Demonstrate flexibility and consistent attendance, ensuring the highest level of service at all times. Minimum Requirements: 5 years of security experience, with a focus on managing EP operations; travel experience is a must LEOSA highly preferred BSIS Guard Card/Exposed Carry BLS/CPR Certifications or higher-level medical certifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage with local governments and community leaders. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency. Proficiency with a broad range of technology and software, including but not limited to Apple iOS, MacOS, Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and project management tools like Asana. Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
