Who We Are Looking For
Under the general direction of the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) division and the Intelligence Manager, the embedded Intelligence Analyst I will support a multinational company's travel risk management program.
Location: On site: Cincinnati, Ohio
What You Will Work On
Recognize and respond to crisis situations and initiate proactive action using independent judgment and professional training aligned with client standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Track and respond to travel reservations to high-risk destinations.
Track and respond to Crisis24’s alerts and world events for client impact on travelers, assets, and operations.
Conduct employee and traveler safety check-ins.
Escalate intelligence and impact information to appropriate client stakeholders.
Using Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), produces succinct written and oral assessments that include beneficial analysis.
Understand the client's footprint and interests to anticipate client needs.
Support and develop client solutions, processes, and protocols.
Proactively leverage existing Crisis24 resources to address gaps in analyses, assessments, capabilities, and data.
Assist in producing specific briefings, presentations, communication documents, or policies.
Maintain client metrics and produce regular reports.
Suggest potential improvements to the program and SOPs to the EIS Manager.
Other duties as assigned within the scope of the dedicated client program.
What You Will Bring
0-2 years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response, security operations, or a related field required
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Ability to adhere to timelines and deadlines with effective time management skills
Effective problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Ability to take initiative, organize and prioritize work with little supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills required; accurate typing skills that require minimal editorial oversight
Strong customer service skills, especially in person; ability to communicate across varying professional levels
Intelligence gathering, analysis, and threat assessment experience
Excellent research, writing, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent analytic skills, including familiarity with analytic techniques.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps.
Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive professional rapport with other analysts and SMEs as well as client contacts
