Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Program Manager (PM) with strong global intelligence and travel risk management experience to lead a GSOC team of six (6) analysts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security intelligence operations, incident and crisis management, protocol development and implementation, duty of care, and managing and mentoring direct reports.
Under the general direction of the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) Senior Intelligence Manager, the PM will oversee Crisis24’s implementation of the GSOC and execute tasks related to the client’s integrated risk management and global security program. The PM will ideally be located at Crisis24’s Annapolis office and can travel to client locations occasionally.

What You Will Work On
In coordination with EIS Managers, and in accordance with appropriate guidance:
Gather, assess, and disseminate analysis on the nature of global security threats, the likelihood that they will affect the client's travelers, assets, and operations, and what the likely affects are
Actively monitor open-source media, third-party subscription services, and other sources in real time for issues that could affect business operations and personnel
Open-source intelligence collection and analysis of regional trends and events to provide timely, comprehensive, customized intelligence products to decision makers
Using the intelligence cycle, research, assess, and support the production of written intelligence products that meet client requirements as well as EIS analytic standards, including but not limited to: Travel Threat Assessments, Location Threat Assessments (Neighborhood-, City-, or Country-level), Site Threat Assessments, Event Threat Assessments, Requests for Intelligence, Daily Incident Assessments or Intelligence Products, Threat Forecasting, Scenario Forecasting, Social Media Monitoring, Online Exposure Assessments
Produce written and oral assessments that are succinct and include beneficial analysis
Liaise with the client to better understand their requirements and concerns
Understand the client's footprint and interests to anticipate client needs
Provide exceptional customer service and relationship management
Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for EIS intelligence or risk management program as well as all cross-functional support
Support daily intelligence products for wide distribution, ensuring the reporting is timely, accurate, actionable, and in accordance with reporting criteria
Deliver oral and written threat briefings to members of client’s security team or business leadership teams
Work with client stakeholders effectively and efficiently
Coordination of prompt, high-quality responses to client requests
Suggest to clients potential improvements to the program and facilitate their implementation
Manage client expectations by understanding the EIS team and Crisis24's product offerings and services
Track and report metrics around production and deliverables
Review reporting analysts’ production and provide constructive feedback to ensure that the product fulfills the client's requirements and meets EIS analytic standards
Engage in cross-project analysis, including consistent sharing of information between analysts and participating in webinar or other external-facing group projects
Be consistently engaged on a daily basis with teammates
Conceptualize, develop, and propose to management business or intelligence initiatives to support departmental growth
Manage and mentor analysts
Manage the production of major projects involving multiple analysts as well as in-depth and complex analysis through the intelligence cycle
Meet with existing or potential clients to portray EIS capabilities and develop opportunities
Scope the analytic portion of new or potential client engagements to assist with sales and proposals
Participate in sector-related conferences or speaking engagements
Oversee all personnel, products and processes associated with assigned client solution
Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management
What You Will Bring
Minimum of six years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response, and management, or a related field required. Previous 24/7 GSOC experience and managing at least one direct report preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in related field required, Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Excellent research skills and the ability to lead training for analysts in how to research and evaluate sources
Exceptional analytic writing skills and the ability to lead training for other analysts in analytic writing
Exceptional briefing skills and the ability to lead training for other analysts in verbal briefing
Exceptional analytic skills and extensive knowledge of analytic techniques and tradecraft a plus
Ability to train analysts in analytic skills and techniques
Extensive customer service experience in a client-facing role
Ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision
Establishing and maintaining positive professional rapport with other analysts and SMEs as well as client contacts
Subject matter expertise in a location, security-related topic, or analytic process preferred
Foreign language and travel experience required; proficiency in a second language desirable
Experience overseeing other analysts' work and ensuring analysis meets company standards
Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback
Experience mentoring analysts and leading complex projects with multiple participants/analysts
Demonstrated ability to manage personnel
Demonstrated client interface and management skills
Effective problem solving, time management, and people management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps
