Position OverviewThe Part-Time Paramedic will provide high-quality medical care and emergency response services under the guidance of the Program Coordinator. This role requires professionalism, clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment. Located in a premier private community offering exclusive amenities and events for high-net-worth individuals, the on-site medical clinic provides clinical care supported by telemedicine and Basic Life Support (BLS) response on the property through an independent paramedic. Together, we ensure the highest standard of care and support for staff, members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
Medical Services:
Deliver Clinical and BLS care for members and guests, ensuring prompt and effective treatment for medical emergencies.
Assess patient conditions and provide stabilization as needed until advanced care arrives or transport is arranged.
Maintain readiness of medical equipment and supplies in the clinic and response vehicle.
Coordinate medical referrals and consultations with local and remote physicians, including telemedicine consultations.
Maintain electronic medical records and report all patient encounters.
Event Coverage:
Provide on-site medical coverage for private events, working closely with the Program Coordinator and event staff.
Ensure medical preparedness and respond promptly to any incidents during events.
Program Support:
Collaborate with the Program Coordinator to ensure operational protocols are followed.
Assist with inventory management, equipment checks, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Maintain all supplies, medical equipment, and emergency response vehicles according to manufacturer recommendations and client procedures.
Assist with developing or maintaining policies and procedures for clinical operations, including telemedicine capabilities and medical evacuations.
Perform cleaning, care, and disinfection of the clinic and work area.
Client Engagement:
Build positive relationships with members and guests by providing professional and compassionate care.
Uphold the reputation of the medical program as a trusted and responsive service within the community.
Schedule:
Flexible part-time 8-10 hour shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak event times.
What You Will Bring
High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate Degree or equivalent experience in an applicable field is preferred.
Applicable State or local government health system License is required; national credentialing is preferred.
Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, and PHTLS required (instructor certifications preferred).
Critical Care Transport or equivalent settings preferred
3 years of 911 ALS field experience required.
Preferred credentials include AMLS, PEPP, or EPC.
Experience interacting with high-net-worth individuals preferred.
Experience working in remote locations and austere environments preferred.
Salary : $30 - $35
