Responsibilities & Expectations – Senior Agent
The Senior Executive Protection Agent is an experienced Security and Executive Protection Agent who operates on one of our exclusive teams wherein you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the detail and the implementation of protective strategies, policies, and procedures. Being proactive and possessing good communication skills are a must have for this dynamic role.
What You Will Work On:
Ensure the overall safety and security of Protectees and key representatives/employees
Corporate Security, Secure Transportation Operations, Executive Protection and advance work for Protectees
Effectively build relationships and communicate with key staff and employee stakeholders
Maintain discretion and confidentiality
Ability to work irregular or extended hours (shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays)
Partner with various intelligence and investigations teams, global security operations center assets, other private security firms, and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats
Detect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities to key personnel
Be able to operate in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced environment
Available to respond off hours for emergencies
Minimum Requirements:
5 years of experience in Residential/Corporate Security, Executive Protection, ERT, or PSD
Prior military, law enforcement experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, secure transportation preferred
Team members must always maintain physical readiness to respond to an attack or hazard
Professional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Pass pre-employment background investigation
Participation in random drug screenings
Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Possess a valid and current driver license
Possess a valid California BSIS issued Guard Card
Possess or able to possess a valid California BSIS issued Exposed Firearms Card
Possess a valid CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
Possess a valid LEOSA permit or Concealed Carry Weapons permit for the State of CA
Fast learner, possess the ability to jump into an opportunity and lead from the front
Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine, etc.
Possess a valid U.S Passport
Possess a valid EMT-B certification
