Surveillance Detection and Response Agent

Performance matters most; not your date of hire!  Experience: Surveillance, Surveillance detection: 1 year (Required) Incident response, Emergency Medicine: 1 year (Required) Responsibilities & Expectations Surveillance Detection and Protective Response Team Members partner with various intelligence and investigations teams, global security operations center assets, other private security firms, and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats facing corporate executives at their places of residence. Team members detect and report suspicious activity, security vulnerabilities near client residences, as well as providing immediate on-site support in the event of a security incident.  Minimum Requirements · Required to participate in ongoing drug screenings. · Must complete physical readiness test prior to offer of employment. Team members must maintain physical readiness to respond to an attack or hazard at all times. · Pass our pre-employment background investigation. · Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. · Possess a valid and current driver license · Possess a valid U.S Passport · Professional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence. · Prior training in surveillance or surveillance detection  Desired Qualifications · Prior ERT, military, law enforcement or executive protection experience providing physical security, emergency response, secure transportation · Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine, etc.  Additional Benefits · Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, competitive 401k · Employee Assistance Program · Stipends for special certifications and licenses such as EMT, LEOSA, CCW, etc. · Renewal fees associated with guard/firearm license renewals and firearm requalification. · Offer hundreds of training courses, exercises, and certifications – including paid training days.
