Sprinkler Service Manager - Fort Worth

Job Description

Crisp-LaDew Fire Protection Company is a leader in the fire protection industry. We are looking for a service manager to join our team. A self-starter who demonstrates a committed and flexible approach complemented by exceptional relationship management skills will excel in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services
• Create field schedules for department
• Manage department inventory and tools
• Process jobs for invoicing
• Coordinate with customers to find mutually agreeable times/dates for service
• Participate in special projects as assigned
• Unload deliveries using a forklift
• Gather materials to be used on job sites
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
  
  

Education and Experience:

• High school or GED, plus two years of continuing education
• General office experience
• Forklift certified
• Previous field experience in any trade is preferred

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Monday - Friday
