This role does not require prior legal experience-we are looking for professionals with medical, chiropractic, or patient coordination backgrounds who understand treatment plans, insurance claims, and medical records.What you'll do : Client Treatment Coordination : Assist clients in scheduling and maintaining treatment plans with healthcare providers, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to medical recommendations.Medical Records Management : Request, review, and organize medical records and bills to support case development and accurate documentation.Treatment Monitoring : Monitor treatment progress and follow up with clients to gather updates, address concerns, and facilitate necessary adjustments.Insurance Claims Coordination : Coordinate insurance claims and settlements, ensuring timely submission of required documents and effective communication with insurance providers.Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, medical providers, and other key stakeholders to streamline case management.Attorney Collaboration : Collaborate closely with attorneys to provide case updates, relay critical medical information, and contribute to a smooth case progression.What we're looking for : Background : With 4-5 years of experience, preferably in a personal injury firm, but experience in a medical setting such as chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical billing is also highly valued. Demonstrates a deep understanding of patient advocacy and treatment coordination. Ideal candidates may have backgrounds as Chiropractic Assistants, Chiropractic Front Desk or Office Managers, Chiropractic or Medical Billers, Medical Office Managers, Physical Therapy Coordinators, or Healthcare Administrators with patient coordination experience.Detail-Oriented : A professional who excels in managing intricate details and navigating the complexities of legal processes.Adaptable and Resilient : Comfortable in a dynamic, evolving environment, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
