What You'll Do :

As the Director of Operations at Tittle & Perlmuter, your role will be comprehensive and multifaceted, encompassing a wide array of responsibilities aimed at bolstering the firm's operational prowess :

Operational Leadership :

Manage the firm's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
Ensure strict compliance with established systems, policies, and procedures, while also seeking opportunities for process improvement.
Drive operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to streamline workflows.

Financial Management :

Collaborate closely with offsite bookkeeping teams to maintain and manage the firm's financial health.

Oversee financial KPIs, ensuring that the firm's financial objectives align with its strategic goals.

Monitor and control budgetary allocations, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficiency across all operations.

Team Development :

Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team, including intake specialists, paralegals, attorneys, marketing staff, and clerical personnel.

Foster a culture of professional growth and development, identifying and nurturing talent within the firm.

Implement staff training programs and professional development initiatives to enhance team skills and capabilities.

Strategic Advisement :

Act as a key advisor to the firm's owners, Allen Tittle and Scott Perlmuter, providing insights and strategic guidance.

Proactively identify potential challenges and opportunities, offering solutions that align with the firm's long-term vision.

Utilize data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and improve overall firm performance.

What We're Looking For :

Experienced Leader :

We are on the lookout for a seasoned professional with at least five years of robust background in operations management.

Your experience, ideally gained within a legal setting or specifically in a personal injury law firm, will be pivotal in understanding the unique operational dynamics of our practice.

Your track record should demonstrate effective management, leadership, and the ability to drive operational success within a complex legal environment.

Strategic Thinker :

Your role demands exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. We value a candidate who can not only manage the present but also has the foresight to anticipate and plan for future challenges.

Your ability to develop and implement efficient solutions and strategies will be key to our firm's continued success and growth.

Qualifications :

A relevant degree in Business, Law, or a related field is required. This academic foundation should be complemented by practical experience in operations management.

Additional certifications in operations management, legal administration, or related areas will be highly regarded, as they demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
