Job Summary
The CRISP Behavioral Health Outreach Liaison’s primary responsibility is to facilitate effective communication and coordination between behavioral healthcare providers, patients, and the CRISP (Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients) organization. This role involves managing various tasks related to onboarding new organizations, Salesforce data updates, troubleshooting for behavioral health organizations and other related duties as assigned. This position requires strong people skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce functionalities.
The CRISP Behavioral Health Outreach Liaison contributes to the advancement of healthcare coordination and patient information management. Expertise in Salesforce and commitment to excellent communication helps ensure the seamless integration of healthcare providers with the CRISP system, ultimately benefiting patients and the healthcare community at large.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Onboarding New Accounts, and Maintaining Current Accounts: Engage with clients to get all the necessary agreements in place for organizations to gain access to CRISP, as well as maintaining existing relationships to ensure they are utilizing our tools to the best of their ability.
- Salesforce Data Updates: Utilize expertise in Salesforce to maintain accurate organizational information, run reports, and update patient information as needed, including missing or outdated phone numbers.
- Handling Maryland Patient Opt-Outs: Manage and address patient opt-outs from the CRISP system according to established procedures, respecting patient preferences and ensuring their privacy rights are upheld.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers and CRISP, fostering positive relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary support and guidance related to the organization's services and processes.
- Coordinate with Behavioral Health Lead: Work with the Behavioral Health Lead on the MD Projects Team to ensure successful relationship building with organizations.
Qualifications

- Thorough knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, including data management and updates.

- Interest and knowledge of behavioral health is desirable.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Experience and/or Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2 years of experience in customer support and data management roles, or equivalent preferred.
Compensation and Benefits Package
- Targeted base salary: 62k - 75k, based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and bonuses.
- Benefits include the following but are not limited to health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. CSS also has a 403(b) plan with discretionary employer match and contributions. You will be eligible for 20 days of Paid Time Off per year (accrued in accordance with CSS’s policies). PTO is in addition to 8 company designated holidays. If you are not PTO eligible, you may be eligible for applicable state and/or local sick and safe leave in accordance with the provisions of any applicable state and/or local sick and safe leave laws.
