- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records.
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support team members with administrative tasks, acting as a personal assistant when needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in computer systems and office software applications is essential.
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are crucial for success in this role.

- Familiarity with Connecticut cannabis regulations (or willingness to learn).
Additional Information:
- Must be 21 years old and pass all required background checks.
- May require occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
