Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale a high-performing intake team, ensuring efficient client acquisition and case sign-ups
- Optimize intake-to-case conversion rates by implementing data-driven strategies and automation
- Identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve efficiency and performance
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and sales to align intake strategies with firm growth goals
- Foster a high-performance, sales-oriented intake culture with strong accountability metrics
Qualifications:
- 6 years of intake management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in a personal injury law firm
- Proven ability to scale teams and increase client conversions
- Experience with CRM systems, data analytics, and process automation
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development, training, and performance improvement
