Key Responsibilities
As the Director of Operations, you will:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all firm operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and optimal efficiency.
- Financial Management: Manage cash flow, financial forecasting, payroll, taxes, and comprehensive financial reporting.
- Human Resources: Lead hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee development.
- Process Development: Create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency and efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and coordinate services to maximize value.
- Compliance Management: Ensure regulatory compliance and support the firm’s attorneys with CLE requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5-7 years in operations, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to scale operations and drive efficiency.
- Financial Expertise: Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
