About The Role
In this role, you'll have full ownership of Crisp's email and lifecycle marketing strategy, using email as the primary channel to engage, nurture, and convert prospects into customers. You'll directly contribute to pipeline growth, revenue generation, and the success of our sales team, owning the customer journey from initial awareness through customer acquisition.
A core focus of this position involves maintaining best-in-class deliverability standards (achieving 98% deliverability rates) through proactive management of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), IP warming strategies, and overall sender reputation.

About The Role

Responsibilities
- Own email marketing end-to-end: plan, build, and schedule campaigns in Hubspot to progress prospects efficiently through every stage of the buying journey
- Develop automated workflows including nurture sequences, follow-ups, event triggers, re-engagement campaigns, and retention workflows.
- Strategically identify and build touch points throughout the customer journey to increase engagement, accelerate pipeline velocity, and drive revenue impact.
- Regularly conduct A/B tests subject lines, content, segmentation, send times, and messaging to improve campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
- Lead proactive deliverability management, consistently maintaining 98% inbox placement through authentication protocol optimization (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), IP warming best practices, and rigorous list hygiene processes.
- Regularly analyze and report campaign performance and email channel impact to marketing leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build and maintain internal knowledge documentation, email playbooks, deliverability guidelines, and campaign best practices.
- Located within commutable distance to our Atlanta, GA office (or willing to relocate) with ability to be onsite Monday–Friday.
- 4 years of experience with a proven track record of generating revenue directly attributable to email or lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale email lists and executing high-volume email campaigns at scale (250K–500K monthly sends)
- Advanced proficiency with the entire Hubspot Enterprise Platform
- Extensive experience building and optimizing behavior-based email automations, user journey maps, and advanced segmentation strategies.
- Technical expertise with email deliverability strategies such as sender authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), IP warming procedures, and list hygiene best practices.
- Capable of creating/editing responsive email templates using HTML and CSS.
- Ability to read and interpret performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Strong collaboration skills working effectively across marketing, performance marketing, sales, and operational teams.
