About The Role
As our Senior Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns and automation workflows using HubSpot. Your primary goals are to nurture leads, engage our audience with relevant content, and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
A core focus of this position involves maintaining best-in-class deliverability standards (achieving 98% deliverability rates) through proactive management of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), IP warming strategies, and overall sender reputation.
Responsibilities
5 years of email marketing experience with a proven track record of generating net-new revenue directly attributable to your email efforts. Proven hands-on experience managing 250K monthly email sends and consistently achieving strong inbox placement (98% deliverability, Advanced proficiency using Hubspot Enterprise, specifically managing email campaigns, segmentation, workflow automation, and report creation. Deep experience setting up and managing triggered email automations based on user behaviors, journey mapping, and defined segmentation strategies. Technical knowledge of email deliverability, including sender authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), IP warming, and list hygiene processes. Experience building responsive, optimized email templates using HTML/CSS. Strong analytical capabilities to interpret campaign data and clearly communicate results and recommendations. Excellent collaboration skills, with a proven track record working across marketing, sales, and operational teams.

About The Role
As our Senior Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns and automation workflows using HubSpot. Responsibilities
- Own email marketing end-to-end: plan, build, and schedule email marketing campaigns using Hubspot, including writing copy or collaborating with copywriters.
- Build and continuously optimize automated automated workflows in Hubspot to nurture, engage, educate and convert prospects at key buying stages.
- Regularly conduct A/B tests on subject lines, segmentation, send timing, messaging, and creative elements to continually optimize performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Performance Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure alignment of email strategy to broader revenue objectives.
- Maintain 98% email deliverability rates by proactively managing sender authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and sender reputation (IP warming).
- Regularly monitor and optimize database hygiene to keep bounce rates consistently below 2%.
- Provide clear, actionable reporting on email campaign impact, pipeline contribution, and revenue generated.
- Document effective processes, strategies, deliverability guidelines, and campaign best practices in clear internal playbooks for team scalability.
