At Crisp, we power the CPG and Retail ecosystem with actionable insights derived from complex, ever-evolving data. As a Senior Product Manager on our Walmart Analytics team, you will own the strategy and future direction of our analytics capabilities, driving how we curate, model, and surface insights to our customers. You will partner with a talented engineering team to deliver scalable, high-quality analytics products that enable brands to make smarter, faster business decisions.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and execute the strategic vision for Crisp’s analytics capabilities, ensuring our insights remain best-in-class as the industry evolves.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics features—identifying opportunities, gathering customer and stakeholder feedback, shaping roadmaps, and delivering outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to build scalable models and intuitive analytics tools powered by technologies like BigQuery, dbt, and Power BI.
- Engage with external customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand use cases, pain points, and emerging needs, turning insights into innovative product solutions.
- Translate individual customer feedback into scalable analytics solutions that deliver value across our customer base.
- Establish and track success metrics to monitor adoption, quality, and impact of analytics features, iterating where needed.
- Represent the analytics product area within Crisp and beyond—educating teams on our capabilities, partnering with customer-facing teams, and contributing to thought leadership.
- Contribute to cross-functional product strategy by aligning analytics capabilities with the broader Crisp platform vision.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working in the Walmart data ecosystem with a high degree of expertise in both Scintilla and Retail Link with its various internal systems. (SQEP, NOVA, Supplier Center, etc..)
- Experience as a product manager delivering external-facing data products or analytics solutions in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to set product vision and roadmap in collaboration with engineering and commercial teams.
- A strong understanding of modern data and analytics technologies (BigQuery, dbt, SQL, Power BI) and how they come together to deliver business insights.
- Ability to synthesize complex customer needs into scalable product solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders as well as end users.
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to define product success metrics and use data to inform decisions.
- A passion for helping customers unlock value from data and a curiosity about what’s next in analytics for CPG and Retail.
