Bakery Delivery Driver
Crispelli’s Bakery is looking to hire a delivery driver. This is an early morning shift that starts at 3:00am or 4:00am depending on route. You must be able to show up to work promptly, work weekends and holidays. Crispelli’s Bakery has a thriving wholesale business that is constantly growing. We are looking to add hard working, motivated individuals to join our team with ambitions of growing with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with delivery team to ensure order accuracy and protect product quality
- Organize and assign daily routes to delivery team members
- Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner
- Load and unload vehicle, reviewing orders prior to delivery
- Collect on unpaid orders and shipments
- Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle
- Maintain accurate inventory of packages and materials
- Oversee and maintain proper training to all delivery team members
- Review delivery fleet for any upcoming and incidental maintenance issues as they occur
- Maintain fleet cleanliness
- Communicate with Bakery General Manager changes in staffing or recruiting needs
Qualifications:
- Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields
- Clean driving record
- Ability to handle physical workload, up to 75 lbs
- Deadline-oriented
- Valid CDL or Chauffeur License preferred
- Clean background check
Compensation:
$20-25/hr plus tips
Salary : $20 - $25
