What are the responsibilities and job description for the Franchise Support Specialist position at Crispy Cones?
What You’ll Do:
-Assist with Store Openings – Travel to new locations, help set up operations, train teams, and ensure a smooth launch.
-Support Franchisees – Act as a resource to franchise owners, helping them solve problems and improve their operations.
-Lead and Problem-Solve – Take initiative, make decisions, and ensure challenges are met with effective solutions.
-Communicate and Collaborate – Work closely with franchisees, corporate teams, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
-Handle Various Office & Administrative Tasks– Support with reporting, scheduling, and other behind-the-scenes needs.

Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles and environments.
- Familiarity with food preparation, safety, and sanitation practices.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to travel, including some weekends and holidays as needed.
- Passion for the food industry and a commitment to upholding Crispy Cones' mission and core values.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in franchise operations.
- Background in food service management or restaurant training.
-Experience in multi-unit operations or supporting multiple locations.
-Understanding of franchise compliance and operational guidelines.
- Knowledge of Crispy Cones’ products and procedures (bonus if you're a fan of our cones!).
