Job Summary
As a Crispy Cones Team Member, you’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by preparing and serving our signature cones, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and working efficiently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide friendly, fast service.
- Prepare and assemble Crispy Cones and toppings with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Operate food preparation equipment and maintain cleanliness according to health and safety standards.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including dishwashing and sanitization tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
- Follow company policies and guidelines for food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
- Assist with stocking and inventory management as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Positive, customer-first attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical labor, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
