Job Overview:
Crispy Cones is seeking a Field Trainer / Training Specialist to assist franchisees at HQ and support store openings nationwide. This role involves training new owners and staff, ensuring operational excellence, and traveling frequently to provide hands-on support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train franchisees and employees at HQ on operations, brand standards, and customer service.
- Travel to new store openings to provide on-site training and setup support.
- Ensure consistency in food prep, customer experience, and store efficiency.
- Assist in developing and improving training materials and manuals.
- Report on franchisee progress and collaborate with the Director of Training to enhance programs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in training, restaurant operations, or franchising (preferably in food service).
- Strong communication and teaching skills with a positive, adaptable attitude.
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time across the U.S.
- Passion for helping franchisees succeed and grow!
