Compensation : $105,000 - $125,000 annual salary depending on experience.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Elementary Principal will plan, direct, supervise, control, coordinate, and evaluate all programs, personnel, and facilities of assigned grade levels. Keep the superintendent completely and continuously informed as to the condition of the school and its activities therein. Recommend and manage an efficient and effective school program for the express purpose of training and developing the total student. Maintain knowledge of Scripture, a positive testimony, a close relationship to the Lord, and professional training in educational leadership and be a life-long learner.
