NOW HIRING: We're searching for an expert Coach to build a Personal Training Program at Anytime Fitness in Hinesville, GA. YOU MUST BE CERTIFIED OR HAVE AN EXTENSIVE HISTORY WITH EXERCISE TO BE CONSIDERED.
FIVE STAR RATED LOCATION: 435 Elma G Miles Parkway Hinesville, GA
HIGHLIGHTS: The club is under new ownership and we are looking for a a driven individual to build a personal training program. With a healthy base plus commissions and bonuses, there is room for growth in this position. The main objective of this role is two fold: to build the clubs personal training draft through member/prospect acquisition and proved top notch training services to all clients.

New client acquisition through direct 1-1 sales presentations, outbound marketing and community outreach
Building a personal training program at the location including managing client needs and program development
Management, training and ongoing motivation of club personnel while tracking towards overall Club goals
Selling Personal Training Packages
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Direct experience with fitness sales and service and a proven track record of leadership
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are a must, along with a top-tier customer service approach to conducting business
Desire to build a business to success in an entrepreneurial environment
Nationally recognized Personal Training Certificate (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NCCPT, NSCA, ACSM, CSCS, etc.)
