Position Overview
We are looking for a personable, energetic, and incredibly detail oriented individual. As the Sales Order Processing Coordinator, you'll be pivotal in providing vital support to our sales team and customers, facilitating activities that drive business growth and enhance revenue. You will also directly work with Chief Creative Officer and Founder in helping process the administrative documentation of projects he is working on within the CRM and Project Management system. We seek a highly organized, collaborative individual with a proven track record of navigating across departments to swiftly address internal requests and external inquiries while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in various aspects of customer communications including email generation, lead management, and light marketing operations.
- Serve as a bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication.
- Input, verify, and transfer customer and account information between the Trellosystem and Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM
- Serve as the main contact for customer order fulfillment requests including sales, technical support, and customer service.
- Attend client meetings with the CCO / Founder to document progress of projects within the Project Management system and CRM.
- Engage as a Point of Contact to our lower-tier customers for order renewals or order processing needs.
- Provide our lower-tier customers will creative solutions utilizing our e-commerce store.
- Interact professionally with customers through written and verbal channels.
- Deliver impactful messaging concisely and professionally.
- Balance multiple demands and prioritize tasks aligned with business objectives.
- Adapt swiftly to evolving business needs and company growth.
- Forge strong internal relationships across various teams to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Facilitate bi-directional communication across departments.
- Proactively address customer issues and provide troubleshooting assistance.
- Utilize data insights to enhance customer engagement and improve their experience.
