As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll work closely with our Construction Supervisors to manage and oversee new home builds. From coordinating schedules to ensuring quality and safety standards, you'll play a vital role in delivering homes that families will cherish. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update multiple construction schedules daily.
- Assist supervisors in managing construction activities, delegating tasks, and resolving issues.
- Inspect construction sites to ensure accuracy and high workmanship standards.
- Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines.
- Enforce on-site safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Assist with homeowner orientations and ensure job sites are customer-ready.
- Address urgent issues and report vendor errors for correction or back charges.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); degree in construction management (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter, adaptable, detail-oriented, and assertive.
- This role involves standing, walking, and working on active construction sites. Lifting materials up to 50 pounds may occasionally be required.
- A valid driver's license and a reliable insured vehicle are required.
- Ability to relocate to West Chester, OH if needed.
- Full Time Position
- Competitive base salary of $40,000 to $50,000 based on experience.
