The Role: Restaurant General Manager

As the General Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of your restaurant’s success. Here’s how you’ll lead:

Qualifications We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3 years in restaurant management with proven leadership skills.
• Communication: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities.
• Adaptability: A fast-paced environment energizes you, and you excel under pressure.
• Business Acumen: Skilled in P&L management and strategic decision-making.
• Tech Savvy: Experience with FoodTec POS, Office 365, and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable moving throughout the property, lifting up to 40 pounds, and tolerating varied environments (heat, cold, noise).
