What You'll Do:

The Performance Practice team at Criteo is responsible for providing expertise across Criteo’s global performance marketing business. This includes an in-depth knowledge of industry and ecosystem-related topics, such as addressability, identity, and commerce data.

The mission and vision of Criteo’s Performance Practice are to ensure that Criteo maintains a market-leading performance edge, with the voice of the customer—and channel partner—at the core of every initiative.

As the Regional Practice Manager, you will be responsible for representing the regional perspective for Criteo Performance Marketing. This executive-facing role requires both sales and subject matter expertise, as well as a critical role in executing key product and sales initiatives.

This is a high-visibility position within the organization, requiring ownership of significant projects and an in-depth understanding of business details.

Executive Sales Role

  • Serve as a senior sales executive, managing C-level discussions with strategic advertisers.
  • Provide expertise in performance marketing and deep knowledge of Criteo in client-facing interactions.
  • Articulate a clear vision for Criteo in discussions with clients’ leadership teams.


Accountability for Revenue Growth in Regional Performance Media

  • Own performance revenue within your region.
  • Define and manage expected revenue linked to product rollouts


Annual Financial Planning

  • Collaborate with regional leaders to finalize performance and product needs.
  • Identify product gaps, working with regions to assess and size these gaps.
  • Define and execute a successful strategy to meet the annual financial plan with regional leaders.
  • Present an actionable plan for the year and quarter, ensuring alignment with progress and actuals.
  • Provide feedback on performance to Product in a clear, effective way.


Product Roadmap Strategy

  • Work closely with Product to prioritize strategies and roadmap items.
  • Keep the Client Solutions team informed about Product Roadmap developments.
  • Represent regional needs for Product and R&D.


Product Marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution

  • Ensure Client Solutions teams align commercial goals with Product rollouts, POCs, and GTM releases.
  • Collaborate with GTM to infuse PMK plans with market expertise, client needs, and Client Solutions requirements.
  • Oversee the adoption and scaling of product rollouts in the field.


Sales Planning

  • Own the sales pipeline for performance in your region.
  • Identify gaps and needs to achieve targets, addressing any product pipeline gaps.
  • Lead sales and regional planning efforts.


Proof of Concept (POC)

  • Prioritize Product POCs and define SLAs.
  • Set measurable POC goals (e.g., number of advertisers live, revenue targets).
  • Communicate POC progress to the field, providing visibility to Client Solutions managers and leadership.
  • Drive field execution, adoption, and client testing.


Regional Voice of the Customer

  • Maintain a deep understanding of your market(s), competition, and performance marketing landscape.
  • Bring insights and expertise back to inform Product strategies, GTM needs, and AOP planning.


Who You Are:

  • Significant experience in performance marketing
  • Ability to work with various teams, from product, to go-to-market, or product marketing team
  • Proven success in driving sales within the digital media or AdTech space
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to rapidly learn new technologies and take advantage of new concepts
  • Team player and eager to work in a fast-paced industry

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$144,800 - $181,000
