For employees based in the US, certain roles at Criteo are eligible for additional rewards, including quarterly or annual bonus and restricted stock units. The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$69,000 - $87,300
- Outbound prospecting and lead qualification to generate meetings with potential Criteo advertisers across US retailer network
- Educate new advertisers on Criteo’s value proposition and opportunity for incremental sales growth
- Close net new business/revenue to meet your quarterly and annual quotas
- Manage your assigned book of business and prospect pipeline via accurate tracking of communication, outreach activities, and sales cycle with current and potential customers in our CRM (Salesforce)
- Deliver initial programming proposals to get prospects spending in platform
- Develop strong product knowledge to identify and prioritize new areas of revenue opportunity related to untapped categories, retailers, products, markets, etc.
- Identify and actively address business development strengths and inefficiencies - we need to always analyze and optimize our strategy, tools and activity tracking
- Maximize your development through focusing on your core role and relevant industry, product and Criteo trainings and resources
- Attend relevant conferences, industry events, and Criteo hosted events to introduce and unlock net new brands for our retailers
- 2 years in sales or business development role
- Curious learner with ambition to build a career in retail media sales
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Organized and data-centric approach to tracking time, and optimizing prospecting and pitching activities for higher success rates
- Resilient and creative persuasion approach to lack of response or hearing “no”
- Ability to work independently while impacting broader team goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – written and on call/video
- Ability to build and influence customer-centric relationships with budget decision makers and cross-functional stakeholders
- BA/BS degree in related field OR proven experience in a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of core MS Office applications
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Familiarity with prospecting and contact mapping tools
- Ability to travel 1-2x per quarter
