What You'll Do :
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Retail Media team, focusing on Retailer Configuration and Controls. In this role, you’ll take ownership of retailer inventory configuration and relevant supply-side controls to ensure adoption of our solutions (onsite display, onsite sponsored product, offsite) by retailers without compromising on user experience or core retailer business outcomes. This includes setting the vision and prioritizing feature sets empowering retailers to maximize and streamline their retail media monetization activities. Example projects are self-serve inventory management dashboard, creative validation tool, relevancy controls for display units. Your work will directly impact retailers’ monetization opportunities and help unlock incremental revenue streams for retailers.

This is an ideal position for a product professional with 4-5 years of experience who is passionate about enhancing user experiences, solving complex challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product success.
Responsibilities :
- You will own the product roadmap with accountability on the business outcome, iterate and make the necessary trade-offs.
- You will work in close collaboration with a cross-functional team across Engineering, IT, Finance, Data, UX, Marketing and Product Marketing to deliver superior end-to-end user flows for retailers.
- You will become an expert of Criteo product offering, as well as our competitor’s offering.
Who You Are :
Experience : 4 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the advertising, e-commerce, or SaaS industry. Experience in designing self-serve B2B products or working with programmatic supply-side solutions is a plus.
Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, internally and externally at all levels.
Problem-Solving : Solution-oriented with a passion for improving customer experiences, ability to translate complex or ambiguous requirements and business objectives into actionable plans and initiatives, ability to prioritize and execute.
Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changes in priorities as needed.
Ownership : Autonomous & self-driven, comfortable taking initiatives and ownership to grow the business.
Fluent English speaker; French speaker is a plus.
