What You'll Do:
Criteo is in search of Team Lead to join the Account Strategy organization for the Retail Media Division in Boston, MA or New York, NY. As a Team Lead, you are responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and leading a team of Account Coordinators to service a Long Tail book of business and ensure revenue goals are met. You are organized, passionate about coaching and helping others, and enjoy working collaboratively across teams.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$110,000 - $117,000

- Manage a team of 7 Account Coordinators and assume financial responsibility for the management and growth of existing Long Tail brands.
- Work collaboratively with partners in sales, data analytics, technical solutions, and creative services to ensure excellent client service delivery.
- Foster skill development through regular (e.g. daily/weekly) coaching, continuous feedback and hands-on Account Strategy support.
- Increase team productivity by developing individuals and by recognizing opportunities for creating new systems, structures and processes.
- Monitoring the health of your team’s vertical and ensuring that it is pacing to hit quarterly revenue goals.
- Run weekly status calls with internal stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies.
- Contribute positively to the strategy, execution and culture of the Criteo Retail Media Account Strategy organization
- 4-5 years of experience in ad tech, or similar field
- Experience in people management preferred
- Experience working and creating process in Salesforce or similar CRM platform
- Natural leader who takes action and challenges status quo.
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, comfortable creating processes and challenging existing workflows
- Ability to work with and across multiple teams of varying focus including Sales, Data Analytics, AdOps, Technical Services.
- Demonstrates authenticity, personal flexibility and shows genuine humility
