What You'll Do:
The Technical Account Manager at Criteo is responsible for qualifying, integrating and maintaining accounts for some of the largest marketers in the world. This role serves as the main technical point of contact for Criteo’s clients as well as our Sales, Account Management, Product, Solutions Engineering, Analytics and Creative teams.
The ideal candidate is a quick and autonomous learner who will develop expertise in the growing capabilities of Criteo's best-in-class technology.
They will have the ability to guide a technical integration, perform first-level data analysis, display excellent communication and project management skills, and think creatively to solve client challenges.

- Maintain a broad technical understanding of the Criteo platform
- Build strong client relationships with proactive, thoughtful and poised communication
- Translate business objectives into technical configuration
- Solve client problems using a variety of analytical and technical tools
- Develop innovative solutions, troubleshoot client-side code, query databases and analyze results
- Drive product development by presenting client feedback to product teams
- Evangelize new products, and assist clients in the adoption of these features to ensure their long-term success
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL
- Experience using web debugging tools to diagnose front-end and network issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts in a way that is easy for clients and non-technical partners to understand
- Hard-working, team-oriented, creative, cooperative, possessing good judgment and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Works well in a close-knit team, instinctively shares product insights and documents new information
- BA / BS degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
