Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of infant, toddler, and pre-school development.
- Utilize a positive strenght-based approach in interactions with children.
- Implement a curriculum that promotes learning and development in each of the following areas: social-emotional, language, cognition, fine motor, and gross motor.
- A minimum of 12 credits in at least four of the EEC categories of study, including three credits in Child Growth and Development and three credits in Infant and Toddler Care.
- Meet Department of Early Education and Care minimum hiring requirements for a Lead Teacher.
