Work for a producer that rocks the house. He works mostly larger contractors, so that type of experience is a huge plus. This is a down-to-earth, flexible office. They are looking for either an AE that can help manage, maintain, round, and support this book or a strong account manager that is not afraid to work hard. A 2-20 license is a must, as is experience dealing with larger accounts. Must be an expert on agency management systems. Will go out to meet clients with the producer, and if you are at the AE level, will meet clients without the producer. Salary will be commensurate with the skill level of the person. If you are currently employed at the same agency for over 5 years and live in the state of Florida, they would consider remote. If you live in Naples, then the job is hybrid.
