Seeking a dynamic Benefits Account Manager to join our growing team in Miami. In this role, you'll be the key relationship manager for our valued clients, providing comprehensive employee benefits support while leveraging technology to deliver exceptional service. Build strong client relationships while handling the technical aspects of all the benefits management. You'll work closely with carriers and clients, managing the day-to-day from new business marketing to ongoing service support.
Your day-to-day impact will include :
- Serving as the primary point of contact for client service needs
- Managing new business marketing, including rating and quoting
- Coordinating with carriers on underwriting and enrollment processes
- Guiding clients through COBRA administration and compliance requirements
- Providing claims advocacy and resolution support
- Maintaining detailed client records using our agency management and Zywave systems
