Regional agency with a great culture is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager with High Net Worth (HNW) experience to deliver exceptional service and manage both new and renewal process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage HNW Personal Lines accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle new business and renewals, including policy change request, binders, certs, and quoting.
- Handle the day-to-day workflow of insurance processing while supporting client needs.
- Use agency management system to keep accurate records.
